Can I sign up and start today?

Customer access is currently request-only. Contact us to discuss a suitable setup. This page does not create an account, collect payment, or grant access to an existing owner’s workspace.

How do I log in to my existing account?

Use Product login for the product edition, or Company login for the customized WI2030 company workspace. Existing owner accounts use a private owner access key. Keep that key private; it is not a customer invitation or a shared team password.

Is AI required to use Mailbox?

No. AI assistance is optional. Review its output and confirm the relevant settings before using it for your workflow. See the AI notice for more detail.

Can I connect my existing email?

Connection options depend on your provider and workspace configuration. We’ll discuss compatibility during setup. The product page and preview do not mean that a particular email account is connected or that delivery is enabled.

Is the product separate from the company mailbox?

Yes. The core product edition and the customized company application are separate deployments with isolated storage. Their login links are labeled separately so you can open the right workspace.
